Andrew Bulman is a professional transportation engineer with 21 years of experience. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at UCT in 1994 and went on to receive his Masters in Transportation Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch in 2001. He is professionally registered with ECSA and is a member of the South African Institute of Civil Engineering. He specialises in the fields of traffic and transportation engineering and planning. His key experience includes traffic engineering, transportation planning, public transport systems, financial modelling, transport facilities design, event transport systems, transport impact assessments and traffic calming measures.

Graeme holds qualifications in civil engineering, project management, and business leadership, and is a member of various engineering and project management professional bodies, both locally and in the United Kingdom. After 8 years as a structural engineer, Graeme has developed more than 12 years’ experience as a senior project manager and leader, directing multi-disciplinary teams on a range of projects. This has been across all 6 phases of the project life cycle (from planning to execution and close-out). He has focused on the development of large infrastructure, mixed use and single use buildings in complex and varied environments both in the Construction and Transportation Sectors.
